Last updated October 9, 2026. This policy explains how Wildcard Jacks Replies handles information in the Instagram comment reply workflow for @wildcard.jacks.
Who operates the workflow
Wildcard Jacks Replies is operated by Jacks Genega. The workflow helps Jacks review comments on the @wildcard.jacks Instagram account, generate suggested replies and approve a response through WildcardTelegramBot in Telegram.
Information processed
The workflow may process Instagram usernames and account identifiers, comment text and identifiers, post identifiers, captions, links and timestamps. It also processes suggested replies, the account owner's Telegram messages used to select or edit a reply, and records showing whether a reply was approved or sent.
The authorized Instagram connection is stored in Make so the workflow can access the connected account. Instagram passwords are not collected by this workflow.
How information is used
Information is used to identify new comments, prepare suggested replies, present them to Jacks for review, record her selection, publish the approved response and prevent duplicate responses. Execution records may also be used to investigate errors.
Replies require Jacks's approval before publication. AI suggestions can be edited or rejected. Comment processing is limited to the connected @wildcard.jacks account. This workflow does not read Instagram direct messages.
Services that receive information
Make retrieves Instagram data and operates the automation, including its stored records and execution history. OpenAI receives the comment text, author username, comment identifier and instructions needed to generate suggested replies. Telegram receives the comment, its author username and identifier, and suggested replies in the account owner's bot conversation. Telegram approval messages are processed by Make. Meta receives a reply when Jacks approves it and reply publishing is enabled.
These providers also process information under their own terms and privacy policies. They may process information in countries other than the commenter’s country. This workflow is designed for comment management and reply drafting; it does not use comment data for advertising or sell comment data.
Retention and protection
The current design stores comment and reply records in Make until the account owner removes them. It does not currently include automatic deletion of those records. Messages in the Telegram bot conversation remain until deleted, subject to Telegram’s service behavior. Provider execution logs, backups and other records may have separate retention periods.
Access to the workflow and approval conversation is intended to be limited to the account owner and authorized service providers. Credentials are kept in Make connections, and the approval handler checks the owner's Telegram identity before accepting an approval.
Privacy requests and deletion
For questions about this workflow, or to request access, correction or deletion of information held by Jacks through this workflow, email info@wildcardwilderness.com or send a direct message to @wildcard.jacks on Instagram. Include the relevant comment or post link and enough information to identify the record. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
Jacks may need to verify a request before acting. A deletion request can cover records controlled by Jacks in Make and the Telegram bot conversation. Copies retained independently by providers may require a request to the relevant provider. Deleting workflow records does not automatically delete the original Instagram comment or a published reply.
The Instagram account owner can stop further collection by disconnecting or revoking the app's Instagram access and disabling the Make workflow.
Changes to this policy
Updates to this workflow's data practices will be reflected in the published policy and its revision date.
